Start & Finish Times
Staffs will start and finish at your normal business hours (ie 8:30am to 5:00pm Australia/New Zealand Times)

Work Responsibilities/Task
Set the tasks, responsibilities of the staff
Detailed Training & Performance Management
Providing detailed training, SOP’s and provide performance feedback to the staff directly. Staff will work within your structure.
The OFFSHORE HIVE will be responsible for
- Initial Recruitment, screening interviews and shortlisting candidates
- Facilitating ZOOM 2nd interviews with your team.
- Basic Training – Cargowise Wisetech Certification, Outlook, Word, Excel
- All HR Responsibility – Payroll Compliance, Contract Agreements and Termination of Staff where require.
- Local IT Support – PC Breakdown, System connectivity issues, etc.
- All government statutory compliance
